Where are my files stored?

All files are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. Nothing is uploaded to any server. Your files persist across browser sessions until you delete them or clear your browser data.

What file types are supported?

DeckStack supports PDF (.pdf) and PowerPoint (.pptx) files. PDF files can be previewed directly in the browser. PPTX preview support is coming soon.

Is there a file size limit?

There is no hard limit from DeckStack itself, but your browser's IndexedDB storage quota applies. Most browsers allow several hundred MB to a few GB of storage per origin.

Will my files survive a browser restart?

Yes! Files stored in IndexedDB persist across browser sessions. They will only be deleted if you manually remove them from DeckStack or clear your browser data.
